I’m watching the proceedings of the health “care” (i.e. control) discussions this evening on C-SPAN and have been amazed in the unbelievable emotion-based (so-called) arguments and chest-thumping by these people supposed to represent the people – totally unreal … thank God for the informed who use fact and reason to try to convey some wisdom. However, even the House Minority Leader John Boehner seems sorely mislead in that the United States of America is certainly, most NOT a democracy! We are certainly NOT a democracy which is typified in THIS website! It is disheartening to actually listen to some of our representatives, and disappointing that they are sorely misinformed in WHAT they are actually tasked to do as our Federal representatives. No wonder why they only marginally reach 20-30% approval rating in the best of polls…

May we be so lucky that they actually realize what the people DO and do NOT want for America! Time will tell – they now have 15 minutes to vote on HR3590, the first of potentially 3 votes this evening on health-related issues. The clock has started…
